CARAT service - The assembly app - part 3
The first two parts of the video series on CARAT service explained how to set up and distribute the assembly orders. The third part shows how installers can use the app on their mobile phone or tablet to receive data such as the assembly date, customer contact data, notes on the kitchen and all the documents provided, and how they can then seamlessly document the assembly in a categorised area, in an assistant-guided manner. After completion of the installation, the documented assembly report is sent back via the CARAT cloud portal and can be viewed by the dispatcher of the company placing the order.
