CARAT service - Part 2
In the first part of the series on the CARAT service app, are the necessary settings for the CARAT service interface in the system options and the CARAT cloud explained. Part 2, explains how to transmit the assembly orders to the CARAT cloud and then assign them to the installers and their apps on mobile phones or tablets.
Plan and sell kitchens as usual.
On the index card CARAT, the CARAT service area with the transfer button can be found. Click on this button in an open planning to transmit the documents to the CARAT cloud. After successful transmission, the following confirmation message will be received.
Log in to the CARAT cloud portal via the Data index card, by clicking on the CARAT cloud button. Enter the login data of an user with the CARAT service app rights.
