CARAT service - The assembly app
This video series explains the CARAT service assembly app.
CARAT service offers the possibility to transmit the assembly orders and all documents important for fitting the kitchen directly from CARAT, via the CARAT cloud, to an assembly company or to the own installers. With an app from the Apple or Android Store on the mobile phone or tablet, the assembly team receives all the important data such as assembly date, customer contact data, notes on the kitchen and all the documents provided.
In a categorised area of the app, the assembly can then, in an assistant-guided manner, be seamlessly documented.
After the installation has been completed, the collected information, pictures, etc. of the assembly order are transmitted back to the ordering company.
This first part explains the most important settings in the CARAT system options and in the CARAT cloud for creating installers, assembly types and appointment types.
